Rent of Accommodation
Rent per semester/term is €2400.00 or €160.00 per study week.
Rent may be paid weekly or monthly in advance if arranged with management. The first payment is due in September, before you move into your room. The rent for the second semester/term is due in January prior to commencement of term. We do not charge for holiday weeks when the University is closed.
Breakfast and Evening meal are included in your rent. Tea and Coffee are available at all times in our Recreational Area which has a Pool table, SKY TV Sports and films.
Each bedroom has a bed, study desk, chair, bookshelves and wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. WiFi & Broadband internet is available in each room and is included in your rent.
Booking Deposit
A booking fee of €250.00 is required with your application form and is held as a damage deposit until the end of the academic year.
Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel your booking with us, you will forfeit your booking fee. Notice of cancellations must be made to Management in writing by email/fax within 3 days of the CAO results being issued.
